By accessing, browsing, or registering on the melbe platform at melbe.io, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms"), together with the melbe Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and melbe with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the melbe platform.

To register and use the melbe platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. melbe strictly enforces a 21+ policy and does not permit access to persons under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law or where melbe's services are restricted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of melbe or any of its subsidiary companies, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from melbe management.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or card) used to deposit funds into your melbe account.

melbe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at registration or at any point during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the melbe platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being held pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. melbe shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

melbe reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your melbe account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

Any activity conducted on your melbe account while you are logged in — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. melbe accepts no liability for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify melbe immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• You must not access your melbe account from a shared or public device without ensuring you are fully logged out after each session.
• melbe may temporarily lock your account as a precautionary measure if unusual activity is detected. You will be notified via email or live chat and prompted to verify your identity to restore access.

melbe supports the following deposit methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If melbe determines that a deposit has been made from a payment account not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method and applicable account tier limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your melbe account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours to be credited during standard banking hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday).
• melbe does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being met. melbe operates a "same-method" withdrawal policy to prevent money laundering and protect all players.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 00:00 and 23:59 BST are reviewed within one business day. Large withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification steps.
• melbe reserves the right to request supporting documents — including proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations — before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the Bonuses and Promotions section below.

melbe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x, depending on the promotion.
• Bonus funds carry a maximum validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus balances expire at the end of their validity period without notice.
• melbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to melbe support immediately and will be reversed upon discovery, regardless of whether they have been wagered.

All bets and wagers placed on the melbe platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail.

General betting rules applicable to all sports and casino products on melbe include:

• Bets are only accepted from players with sufficient available balance in their melbe account. melbe does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled or amended by the player unless the specific market rules expressly permit a cash-out option and the player exercises that option within the permitted window.
• melbe reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical error, or where the outcome is already known at the time of placement ("bet after the fact").
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted without notice for individual players or market conditions.
• For live in-play cricket betting, odds are updated in real time. Network delays between the player's device and the melbe servers may mean that a bet is accepted or rejected based on odds that have since changed. melbe's systems operate on a "bet at the offered price" basis; any discrepancy accepted by the system at the time of confirmation shall stand.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the melbe platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the melbe platform, whether in your own name or under an alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the melbe platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the melbe platform. Any bugs or errors must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profits regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as abusive by melbe at its sole discretion.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through the melbe platform.
• Allowing, facilitating, or permitting any person under the age of 21 to access the melbe platform using your account credentials.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any melbe support agent or other member of the platform community.

melbe is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players free of charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions are effective immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive periodic reality check reminders during extended play sessions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the melbe platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from melbe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the melbe platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond melbe's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.
• Errors or inaccuracies in live odds, scores, or statistical data provided by third-party data feed suppliers.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime, market suspension, or bet voiding conducted in accordance with these Terms.

melbe's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your melbe account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

melbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, melbe will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at melbe.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the melbe platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

melbe may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• melbe has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• You have opened multiple accounts on the platform in breach of the single-account rule.
• A responsible gaming concern has been flagged in relation to your account, including a self-exclusion request made by you or on your behalf.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, any funds held in your account that are not subject to dispute or investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts owed to melbe.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and melbe, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the melbe support team at [email protected]. melbe aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive method of dispute resolution, except where prohibited by applicable law. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this section shall limit melbe's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
